We are currently recruiting in two main areas:

• Graduate entry level
  The graduate entry program is the integral part of our growth plans as we are committed to build the organisation from within. We do not look for specific degrees or universities, we hire purely on ability and merit. We are looking for ambitious, driven individuals who possess outstanding communication skills combined with a resilient and highly competitive nature. Suitable applicants will be detail conscious, good at handling multiple projects, gregarious and passionate. There is a clear career path supported by leading training and recruitment software to enable you to become the Managers and Directors of the future.
• Experienced recruiter level
  In the competitive recruitment market we are looking to attract leading recruiters or industry professionals. Experienced hires will have significant support from the Board to develop quickly within Penman and progress through the structure. Penman is an autonomous business looking for fresh ideas and ways of recruiting. We welcome discussions with any one who aspires to shape businesses through the delivery of great recruitment.

Ideal candidates should be:

• Degree qualified (or equivalent) with relevant industry experience
