  In the current climate we will often advise a mix of media to attract the maximum response. This will be a combination of on and off line media.

• Strategic Search

  Strategic Search (Head Hunting) is a highly effective way of attracting talented professional who have specific skills set, product knowledge or customer base. Used to research industries and find non active candidates it is approach many use at a mid to senior level.

  However, the approach does come with a series of challenges. Initially as a recruiter we must engage with people often happy in their roles and more than likely well thought of in their companies. There is risk of candidates not following through a full process and a high percentage chance of a counter offer being accepted.

  If a Strategic Search is the selected route to full fill your role, it has to be approach with speed, accuracy and collaboration to ensure we work together to deliver the result.   There’s a lot of misunderstanding about what’s involved in database searches. It sounds simple. It’s all about matching CVs with job descriptions isn’t it? Well not in our case. We choose not to work that way because we know that’s not what our clients really want.

The database is constantly growing and cleaned through our proactive approach to securing good candidates. We also keep in regular contact with our candidates to ensure the information we hold is accurate and up to date.

  Once we’ve understood your needs we use the database to access the right people we then use the same detailed selection process as we do for search and advertised campaigns.
