Many Search & Selection companies start off by being very eager to talk to the candidate but if you are unsuccessful with one round of interviews, they become increasingly harder to speak to. Penman Executive is the exception to the rule!
My experience of Penman was much more a partnership where the consultants really do work with you to identify and win the right role for you. The service was excellent all round but I particularly appreciated the regular contact even if it was just to say there is nothing new to report. I felt like I was important to Penman rather than just a potential invoice value and that gave me confidence that they would find the right move for me and my career.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Penman again personally, if I needed a new role and would certainly want them working for me in any recruitment assignments I might have in the future.
