Martin (Senior National Account Manager - FMCG)

Having initially seen the advert for the McCambridge role in the grocer magazine I had no hesitation in applying for the post as I knew the company had recently taken over from Interlink Foods and Soreen malt loaf whom I had worked for previously were part of the group.

I wanted to make sure my application had been received so I contacted Kenton, who advised me he had read the content and invited me to Leeds for an interview.

Having attended the interview I was quite excited as I believed I had done well in front of Kenton and was anxious to discover if I was to be invited to McCambridge for an interview.

I then didn't hear anything for what seemed an eternity, (probably a week) so I contacted Kenton who assured me everything was going through process and he would be in touch.

He later called me to ask me to attend an interview. Having attended the interview I received a call the following morning from a colleague of Kentons asking me what package I would be happy with. a couple of hours later I received another call to say the job was mine and my salary requirements had been met.
Kenton followed this up with a call to ask if i could start immediately which i did, and has contacted me a couple of times since to see how things were turning out.
In summary i was absolutely delighted with the response and actions from Penman executive especially Kentons involvement who worked really hard on my behalf
